This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the Pronef IT review form.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, telephone number, team size and main IT need. You can also choose to provide a company name and message. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source and campaign name are saved with the request.
Why we use it
Pronef IT uses these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial conversation and prepare relevant support options. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or book a confirmed appointment.
Where it goes
Your completed request is stored in this website’s hosted database, using the ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. It is accessible to the site owner through the hosting tools. The form does not save incomplete entries.
Your choices
Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not send passwords, financial information or sensitive personal details. To ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry, use the review form and include your enquiry reference, or reply to Pronef when we contact you.
