A clear path to getting your IT looked after. We agree the scope and timing around your business, with a planned handover if you already have a provider.
Agree your support plan
Review a clear quote covering services, costs, support hours and response targets. Once you are happy to proceed, we agree the next steps and a start date.
Plan the handover
With your permission, we coordinate with your current provider and identify the accounts, access and documentation needed. If you have no provider, we work through these with you.
Review and set up your IT
We review the agreed systems, document the essentials and put the tools and settings in place for your chosen support plan. Any additional work is discussed before it starts.
Show your team how to get help
Your team learns how to raise a request, what information to include and what to expect. We confirm contacts, priorities and the arrangements for starters and leavers.
Start support and settle in
Support begins on the agreed date. We check that access and contact routes work, address any handover issues and discuss improvements as your needs change.
Already have an IT provider? Keep your existing support in place until the handover and start date are agreed. Timescales depend on your setup, access and any notice period.
